Hi Mrs. Trolle and Room 5! We hope you are enjoying the holidays! We have arrived safely in California and it is summertime here! Our family has been spending time at the beach and hanging out with all the cousins, grandparents and aunties and uncles. Ella starts her new school, Carmel River School, on the 10th of August. We hope to start our own blog soon so we can post photos and stories about our adventures. All the best! The Ricciardi Family xo

Welcome to Term 3!

Welcome back everyone to Term 3!

Please check that you have paid your swimming fees. They are due so that we can go swimming in week 3 at the Aquatic Centre. We will be swimming for 10 lessons and leave each day after we have eaten our lunch. We will travel to the pool with Room 4 and return before home time. We will be in swimming groups and an instructor from the pool will be teaching us swimming skills.

Hi Room 5

Hope you are all having a relaxing and well earned holiday! Sorry that I missed our last day of school. I am feeling much better and am busy getting our classroom organised for term 3. Today I am changing all of the desks around and making snowflakes that we can put on our family tree.

Enjoy each day of your holidays and rest up . . . we have a busy term ahead of us with swimming, tennis, mask making and more!!

Science Fair

Last week we tested our parachutes for our science fair investigation. To make it a fair test we used a ladder in the hall and used the same army man for each different shaped parachute (triangle, square, circle and rectangle).

We also like launching our parachutists off from the top of the school fort! These photos were taken by Will.
