Inari collected our prize money for our winning entry in the Science Fair. We received $100 for our "Bombs Away" entry (finding out which shape parachute flew the best). With half of our money we donated a science book to our school library so that Birchwood students will have information for their future science fair entries. We still need to put our thinking caps on to decide what to spend the other half of the money on!
Great job winning the Gold Medal for Science Fair Room 5! We are missing all of you so much! We hope you enjoyed watching the All-Blacks win the World Cup. Hooray! We are getting ready to celebrate Halloween here in America. Ella is going to be a black cat and Maya is going to be a Monarch butterfly. It is now autumn, but the weather is still nice.
